Food & Beverage Policy

Food & Beverage Policy for Programs & Events/Meetings

Food Restrictions & Preferences

We are pleased to pass along your food restrictions required because to serious medical needs or religious exemptions to our caterers/food & beverage providers.

Where possible, we try to select foods & beverages for those who might prefer alternative food choices. However, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate specific dietary preferences.

Recommendation
We strongly recommend that anyone with specific food/dietary restrictions or preferences, supply their own foods & beverages.

At Your Own Risk
Please be aware that all foods/beverages are consumed and/or to which anyone could be exposed are at your own risk. We  accept absolutely NO liability resulting from foods and/or beverages at our programs, events & meetings.

Values

We strive to support local businesses, minimize food waste, and to be respectful of the environment in selecting caterers, where it is possible to do so.
