B4Change, Social Enterprise Accelerator, Application Deadline November 15.

November 8, 2013 | by: Heather Boyd-Kinnie

The Pond-Deshpande Centre wishes to bridge the gap between challenges facing social entrepreneurs (lack of funding resources, lack of connections, lack of support network) and the creation of sustainable, scalable social enterprise.

The Social Enterprise Accelerator Program, B4Change, will gather a cohort of individuals/organizations in the early stages of launching a new social enterprise and provide mentorship, expertise and investor exposure for a 6-month term for social entrepreneurs in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.   We are very pleased to welcome CEED (Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development) on board as our collaborative sponsor for social enterprises.

This is the first Social Enterprise Accelerator in the region and one of the first few such accelerators in Canada.

Application Deadline: November 15, 2013 .  Link to B4Change details and application.
